Unique half sliding top that flips from teak to chess/checker board of inlayed rosewood and ash squares. Underneath that slider. Storage compartments for game pieces and on the opposite end, an open shelf compartment on the sides. Very fine Danish cabinetry, the smaller side table size and gorgeous woods make this table a rare and collectable find! Originally from Povl Dinesen in Copenhagen.
