Outstanding and Iconic set of six Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen model 317 dining chairs, circa late 1950s. These all original examples have a rich deep color to the teak frames and the cord seats are in excellent original condition as well. Comfortable and extremely well made. Goes great in almost any space, especially those with other danish or teak furniture. Hard to find these sets with the 2 armchairs. Price listed is for the pair of arm chairs and 4 side chairs. Condition report: Near mint condition throughout. Structurally solid throughout. The rush seating is in great shape. No major loss or damage anywhere to be seen. The wood has one or two small professional repairs where the backs were glued, otherwise perfect. Outstanding example. 9.5/10 condition rating.
