We restored the top surface and edges and it is now ready for another 30 years of use. We include FREE SHIPPING in the listing price. Condition report: Overall very good condition. Top surface has been restored. one or two veneer chips that have been filled and color matched to the best of our abilities but can still be seen on the exterior. Structurally sound. 8.5/10 condition rating.
