Unique and very well made Artisan Jewelry Chest after George Nelson. this piece offers solid walnut construction to the front drawers, solid brass hardware, black laminate and other unique design features. Very uniquely build and more than likely one of a kind. It was either meant as a jewelry chest, jewelry maker work table or as a heavy duty custom built side table. This american made piece will stand out in any space and will most certainly last longer most of us. Minor wear to the base. original black formica on the top surface. The edge of the top offers a small walnut lip. We recieved if from a collector in the bay area. The piece has been restored throughout except for the base, which is original.
