Original Expressionist Oil Painting by German Artist Pierre Fredang. Beautiful maritime painting of houses near the sea with boats on the shore. He was born 1934 in Hamburg Germany and he received his education in the art academy in Florence. Soon after he moved to Paris after he won many first prize metals in a one man show in Italy.
