Description
The infamous and iconic model 54 desk is made of teak and was designed by Kai Kristiansen for FM mobler in 1956. The piece comprises four drawers to the left and a slide out drum cabinet to the right side featuring a drawer and a revolving minibar closed by a wooden tambour door. There is a 2 tier bookshelf at the back of the piece. This piece in particular is an early model with the brass hinged handles. Please see all photos to ensure you know what you are buying. Condition report: Near mint condition! top surface has been restored as well as most of the rest of the desk. the bar opens as intended via the tambour door. comes with original key. Pull out storage intact. Very minimal wear to drawer edges and to veneer edging. One dark mark to top surface. Outstanding example. 9/10 condition rating.
