A well-known design by Niels Møller and manufactured by J.L Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark, it is a gorgeous combination of teak veneers and sculpted teak solid woods for a dramatic result. The top features matched veneers with symmetrical grain profiles surrounded by a solid teak outer frame, the "double" layer of the edge hiding the top extension leaves that are withdrawn manually by pulling from either side. This rests over a heavy and solid frame with rounded tapered legs, sleek and angular. It is marked to the underside with the J.L Møllers manufacturing brand. We have fully finished this top surface and it is ready for another 30 years of use. Can seat the whole family of 12-14. Very few tables in this style come in this size. Condition report: Near mint condition. Top surface has been restored and is now in fantastic shape. The frame is sturdy and extremely well made. Marked with both the JL moller stamp beneath and also the danish control stamp. A few very minor and small top surface wear areas. Overall 9.25/10 condition rating. A fine example.
