Shipping Information
Free shipping applies only within the contiguous U.S., with the exception of the East Coast, which carries a flat rate of $100 on furniture items only. Orders shipping overseas, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as any U.S.-based islands or addresses requiring a ferry, do not qualify for free shipping. These shipments are billed at cost and vary by location.
Shipping Timeline
Furniture Orders: Furniture typically requires up to 15 days for handling and an estimated 2-4 weeks for delivery to your door. In rare cases, deliveries to harder-to-access locations or areas with limited courier availability may take up to 6 weeks.
Smaller Boxed Items: Smaller items that can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or occasionally USPS have a handling time of up to 5 business days, with expected delivery nationwide within 1-1.5 weeks.
Because we include shipping in our pricing, we use economy services that may not be as fast as some prefer. If you'd like faster service or a more precise delivery timeline, please contact us for expedited shipping options and rates.
