This piece is perfect for the person desiring a high quality and well constructed leather sofa that is lightly worn in. The leather cushions sit on 4 solid oak legs. Condition report: Good condition structurally. Leather is worn in throughout. The back and side cushions + frame are in great shape. No major issues to the wood. One Stain in the center back of the piece. Structurally sound. 8/10 condition rating.
