Second generation Charles and Ray Eames Rosewood + black leather lounge chair with ottoman by Herman Miller. The second generation was produced from: 1960-1971 and was the last generation to offer down feather filled cushions. The piece offers the original label on the ottoman. This piece is 100% original and has not been restored or changed in any way and remains in mint condition.The rosewood has a beautiful wood grain, a very warm color and maintains even color throughout. The leather has age patina and no holes or tears. No movement in the joints or the frame. Rubber shocks are all good at the time of this listing. Condition report: Near mint condition. No damage to the leather or major wear to the wood. A few very minor scratches on the bottom part of the seat, otherwise near perfect. Swivels as intended. Original tag intact beneath ottoman, no other stamps or markings but can say its 100% authentic. Great example of a 2nd generation Rosewood Eames Lounge Chair. 9.9/10 condition rating. Wow!
