The Marantz 10B is one of the most collectable FM tuners of all time. This unit was designed and constructed in the mid 1960's and features all vacuum tube circuitry. The 10B consistently ranks high in shootouts among the best tuners of all time, and rivals the performance of more advanced solid state designs for both selectivity and sensitivity.
The built-in scope and muting features offer an enjoyable user interface while the all tube output section makes listening to FM broadcast a truly enjoyable experience.
This particular unit came from the first and only owner who encased it in a custom audio cabinet for its whole life. Condition report: Lights turn on and appears to power up and produce sound. Scope appears generally functional. This is the only testing we have done. Item is sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind. May at some point need to be serviced. Phsyically in great shape.
