Very unique Telefunken Radiogram Royal Opus Stereo console in Walnut. Most of these units come in teak, oak or other european woods. This is the first one we have seen in walnut. We restored the cabinet as well as the stereo components inside. This piece looks great, works great and even offers storage on the right side. The top section opens on the right side and exposes a record player. From all angles, this piece sounds and looks outstanding. This piece was made in West Germany C late 1950s / early 1960s. This may be one of the early stereo hifi consoles. The Walnut cabinet has been restored and refinished throughout. Please see all photos to ensure you know what you are buying. Condition report: Near mint condition.cabinet has been fully restored throughout. Electronics work as intended. The stereo has been serviced and electronically restored. We cannot warranty 50+year old electronics but they will work well upon the arrival of the unit. We suggest servicing the electronics every so often. 9.5/10. An outstanding example of this design.
